Low, Medium, or High Settings??

And here are some shots of the doohickey on my finger... you can see how low the setting is.... I still manage to bang it some, but not nearly as much as if it were up higher.

I wish the prongs were just slightly less thick, but at least I know the diamond is secure.

My e-ring is high. Right hand ring is pretty low, at least flat across on top. Pics are a little cloudy, did my best. I suppose I should stop buying jewelry and get a better camera...nah!

Mbart... the discovery & use of the "macro" setting on my camera has made all the difference in these ring shots. Even my junky 1st digital camera spit out some awesome closeups in Macro mode.

You're welcome! :flowers: I looove the macro setting...it really is like getting a new camera! LOL when I first discovered it, I took pics of EVERYTHING in that mode. All my jewelry...flowers...blades of grass....leaf on the sand....moss on rocks...interesting bugs...broken glass...my birdie (when I could get him to sit still!)

my ring is definitely high. when i got engaged a few years ago i didn't even think about the height so much. i was focused on finding the stone & custom setting.

ironically enough i don't bang it around as much as you would think & the height does not bother me. it's kinda hard i would imagine to have a low setting with my stone...

musey- your ring is gorgeous.
