Just sharing my latest favorite - lizard cdc

I am thinking about getting this lizard in black...how do you like yours? Has it worn well? I love the croc as well but I haven’t seen a large scale black with phw at Hermes. They only have pink in small scale right now

Do you guys think it’s better to have a uniform scale pattern or more random scale pattern?

Do you have any advice on the scale pattern? I’m getting my 1st exotic cdc. One has a more interesting scale pattern but there are imperfections in the stitching. The other has great stitching but the scales are very defined. Any thoughts on scale pattern, do you recommend a symmetrical pattern or more random scale pattern?

Hi dear! It really depends what YOU like. I love the scales on the first one (I have one v sim to that one w/GHW)... but I have friends who collect CDC who love the variation in scales as it makes them more interesting when they look at them... so it really just matters what YOU love. I def prefer black gator in large scales like you have here. Which one are you leaning more towards?

p.s. I can't see the stitching issue but I'd say if it bothers you, go with the first one for sure bc imperfections like that will always bother you and this CDC is too expensive to settle.

Thank you for your response I am leaning towards the first one. I love the variation on the scales of the 2nd but you’re right my eye will always go towards the brown spots on the stitching and that will make me constantly 2nd guess going with that one so I’m thinking my sanity will outweigh the scale pattern lol...I really do love that scale pattern though
