This is so beautiful! I tried the same one on today at the Madison NYC boutique but couldn’t bring myself to spend that amount.

I got a chance to try on this new CDC bracelet while I was in the store earlier this week, and it is not a cuff. The fastening is exactly the same as a normal CDC bracelet, which, unfortunately, with the combination of the round studs makes the whole bracelet looked too edgy to me. Had it been a cuff, like the CDC picnic bracelet, I would have bought it.
The weight of the bracelet felt the same as a normal CDC bracelet. My SA told me it only comes in black box leather with gold plated hardware or gold swift leather with palladium plated hardware. Most of the stores didn’t order it, or if they ordered it, they didn’t order that many due to the price point. And it seems like it only comes in size T2, at least that is the only size my store had available.
It looks quite different, and is very punk in style. I believe a lot of people can rock it as a statement piece, but it was too different from my style.

My first look at it and subsequent views are the same - it’s not for me, probably due to the lack of symmetry and proportion in its design. It seems “off” in some way yet I cannot put my finger on just which element really irks me, lol.

My first CDC - an alligator with ghw in the colour rouge coeur which I think was a seasonal colour in late 2019. It's a beautiful deep red with what I can only describe as slight pinkish undertones.
