Congrats! Exotic CDCs are the best. One tip is the keep it away from water at all costs. It will permanently stain the leather.

I’ve heard this! I wonder how the previous owner kept it so pristine. It’s truly flawless. Do you take yours off in public restrooms to wash your hands? I’m so afraid I’ll lose it doing that. But I do NOT want water stains. Which is more resilient? Matte or shiny gator? I have my eye on a lizard... is that high maintenance, too? TYSM!

I take the bracelet off when washing hands. I can’t comment on matte versus lisse durability as I only own lisse CDCs. Lizzie CDCs are awesome too and I don’t consider them high maintenance but you do have to make sure they are sent to spa every once in while as lizard can dry out and the scales can fall out.
