Lovely H SAs around the world

To me, my love for Hermès isn't just about beautiful things, it's the total brand I adore, which includes the incredible service. I am lucky to have a smaller boutique in my city, and going to Hermès always feels like such a treat. Most of the associates know me by name, even though, relatively, I am not one of their bigger clients. Today I received a "happy anniversary" card from my SA! :D

People say shopping at Hermès is a game, but it's nice to feel appreciated by the SAs and receive such top notch personalized attention and service, especially when dropping a lot of money. I'm actually reluctant to order things online because part of the fun of buying is the in-store experience! :blushing:

Can anyone relate? Can we give a shout out to the people that make shopping at Hermès so wonderful? What miraculous acts have your SAs pulled off for you?
 
No miraculous act for me, as of yet, but I still wanted to say that our store in Charotte, NC is great and I love my SA. Oh and that is very lovely that you received the card. :-)

Relatively new shopper, and not a VIP. Received call on a scarf I expressed interest in and she had immediately held two CW that she thought I would like. Also received a sweet and pretty New Years card. I enjoy talking to my SA and the other staff there. My SA is so sweet and kind. She spent an incredible amount of time on my first visit and I had not purchased anything that time. I didn't dress up at all (I usually don't. Jeans, sneakers, and a presentable t-shirt.) I went back and looked for her to buy a gift last year and been looking to her for any inquiries or services since then. This thread may be merged with Treatment in Hermes stores but I'm not certain.

I agree - I don't get dressed up to go shopping. I'll usually wear something nice, but casual. And my shoes are usually a horror show because I walk everywhere.

Going into H the first time was a bit intimidating. I don't know, I guess I expected the snob vibe I've gotten in other high end stores. It was anything but! My first purchase was a twilly which I later discovered had a small tear. I was devastated :cry: and I admit, a bit afraid to take it back. BUT the SM was amazing, she offered to have it fixed no charge, and exchanged it without any hassles when it couldn't be repaired. I've been loyal ever since. I'm fairly new to luxury brands, but have found no one beats the service at H :smile1:

gagree with OP, the service and personalised touch is something which makes H unique to me and converted me to a loyal customer. As for miraculous acts, i was very touched to have received by courrier a gift for the birth of my baby, who i am afraid will also become an H addict��

I was just visiting DC and went to the H store a few times so I'm not a regular, but I thought Julio was a really helpful! So fun to work with. And the store is really pretty. Great experience all around. Good luck!
 
Super Duper Shout Out to Holly in Denver. She helped me find my first B! She was the loveliest, kindest SA I have ever worked with, let alone at Hermes. I am heading out to get it tomorrow. Can't wait!
