Who is your SA there? I was there for business recently and stopped at H for a look around. One SA was amazing, then the next week another SA was awful. She was supposed to be doing a worldwide search for something for me, and she never got back to me. Now, I'll be keeping my business with my SA in Vegas even though I rarely go there.

I have worked both with the SM, Jan, and very recently an SA named Herb. As I said my favorite SA did go to LV but there was very little transition for me. I'm very sorry to hear that! There is an SA there who is younger, not sure of her name, but I've seen her around a few times and while she seems nice I've never worked with her.

Both Jan and Herb have located items for me in the past, nothing big by any means so I'm very surprised to hear you had a negative experience.

What do Jan and Herb look like?

When I first went, there were two nice people there (lady with short dark brown hair and a guy). I had a gift that wasn't quite the right size and they said I could exchange it but I didn't have my receipt at the time. I later went back with the receipt an neither of the original SA's were there. The SA that was there (blonde with another blonde) did a national search for my item and they only had another color in the U.S. She said that she could also do a worldwide search for the item in the correct color. I decided to get the item in the other color in the U.S. but also asked her to do the worldwide search because I would actually like BOTH colors. It's been a couple of weeks and... crickets. I'd like to call but I don't have her name. She took the card of the original male SA and I can't remember his name either. I'll be back there in a couple of weeks so I may stop by again. I just hate having to do this over and over. I was really hoping to find a good SA there because I'm in Charlotte often. There are quite a few other items that I'm interested in, but I really only like rewarding nice SA's. They were all very nice, but I really don't like when they don't follow through. I'd be more than happy to work with the original SA's that I met the first time. I guess I'll have to just go and see who's there.

Jan is an older lady, short dark hair and glasses and usually has a 90 cm tied around her neck. Herb is a younger guy, he's African American and I believe he is/was the tie manager while Jan is the store manager. Jason is the only other SA I worked with closely who is also younger and he's blonde but he is the one that moved to LV in the same mall. In my time seriously buying from Hermes Charlotte I have also seen a younger girl (I don't know her name or hair color but she is nice) and another male SA who is a little older than both Herb and Jason but still young. He has dark brown hair and is very tall, and he is not very helpful at all. When I went in for my first purchase from the store I specifically wanted a Pop H necklace in gold and orange, which the first SA I encountered (tall, unhelpful male SA) said if it wasn't on display they didn't have it. I was crushed, Jason stepped in, found the necklace in the store, all was wonderful.

I definitely have Jan's card and I might also have Herb's card as well and I can definitely PM you their information if you like. Of the two, I really love Jan, this past March I had commented on how much I loved a particular fragrance I had seen at H Beverly Hills but couldn't remember the name of and from the location and time frame she was able to tell direct me to the correct fragrance. Herb was very recently able to find me a Tatersale twilly mate for my original when they ran out of stock. Again, very sorry to hear you had a negative experience there, hopefully this info can help!

Jan and Herb were the initial helpful SA's then! That's what they looked like (if I remember correctly). Please send me their info, especially Herb's because he was the main one helping me initially. Maybe I can see if he'll be working when I'm back in Charlotte and if he can follow through with the worldwide search that the other SA didn't get back to me about. We're building a house and I love the H decorative items, so I'm planning quite a few purchases next year. Ironically, I'm not an H handbag junkie yet; I'm still a Mulberry gal. Of course, I can always be persuaded LOL :graucho:

Las Vegas BEllagio....hands down my favorite is Randi, she is the Asst SM....love love love her, she's so fun and genuinely sweet and thoughtful....if i lived closer, we would surely be friends outside of H :-)

I also adored Jan at Hermes Charlotte, but alas, they cannot ship most of what i buy any longer and lordy knows i bought many B and cdc's from them :-( i miss them!

Does anyone have any connection with an SA that has a large stock of clic H bracelets! I'm looking for a specific one sold out online and would love to connect with an SA and buy over the phone!
