Hi All,

I had a great and not so great experience in Hawaii recently. This was my first visit to the Hermes boutique in the Royal Hawaiian Centre in Waikiki. I was greeted and served by Kevin, he was incredibly helpful and assisted me throughout all departments. He even showed me some beautiful bags that were not on display. I must say, I couldn't fault his service at all.

On a not so great note, my CC was not accepted by the Hermes store. I tried three cards and they were all declined, it has something to do with the international chip installed on my cards. It was quite embarrassing, but Kevin handled it with professionalism.

Everyone was very welcoming in the boutique.

Lucbumbi, I always call my CCs before traveling and advise them of my destinations ~ many times CC aren't accepted due to fraud alerts in their financial system.

Now back to topic.

Very small store so there is even more in storage. There was a multicolored Plume and an orange clemence Evelyne GM on display. Very quiet store in terms of foot traffic so the friendly SAs are eager to sell and assist.
