Had a wonderful experience today with Ana, SA @ Fashion Valley in San Diego. She was so pleasant and helpful and made DD's and my shopping trip fun. Unfortunately the scarf I went in for was not available but she tirelessly searched for others and we bought a Vintage and a Bandana. Everyone was friendly, look forward to being in town and visiting again.

I have to put in a good word for Arlene at the SF, CA location. I was in there yesterday, as part of my birthday shopping trip, searching for a particular bracelet. She was able to track one down and is having it sent to me. Excellent service and sweet demeanor.

Fantastic--thanks so much!! How do you find the stock to be there? Maybe it's just me, but I was not thrilled with Zurich the last time I was in, and didn't have time to stop in Luzern that trip, so this will be my first visit to H in one of my all time favorite places.
