I have to give a shout out to the lovely SA in Palm Beach, Florida. I never got her name, unfortunately. I only had 20 minutes to shop as I went to the store on the way to the airport. I was looking for the Tapis Persans and PdV shawls. I got both and was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. She could not have been nicer.

I can recommend Arlene, she has been the best SA I have ever had, from any store. She goes out of her way to find what I am looking for & has a sweet personality too!

If I see one I'll pm you! My sa said in nyc they will have blue Halzan in nov. Not a fan of blue so hopefully sf will have another color.

Also, does anyone know if they would be willing to share the stock information of bags other than B, K, C and L over the phone, and to help get shipment if they do not have stock?

Andrea at the Munich store is lovely. I was visiting and she was kind enough to help check items at other stores that they didn't have. She's also not pushy.

I'm not sure if they do that but you can always try calling ahead and see if they would share that information. Good luck!
