Connie at South Coast Plaza is the best! I was looking for a small item and the store didn't have it. She promised that she would call me if she found my item (I thought there's no chance, besides it's really a small item and too easy to forget so I wasn't really hopeful).
A few days later she called me and found the item I was looking for! What an attentive and great SA!

Not completely an SA, but an intern named Aurore in Belgium. She was just the sweetest SA taking quite some time to show me scarves, and SLGs. The first time I walked in and worked with her, I asked for scarves from previous years, as well as some more recent ones by name. She had to ask for help with a few of my questions, or consult her scarf booklet. I came back a few days later and it very evident that she had been studying hard! She was much better versed in scarf names and color ways, and was excited to show a few that she thought would be well suited to my style. I was impressed by her diligence. I left Belgium with a scarf and gorgeous CDC :)

Lennie in San Francisco is awesome! I've only started a relationship with her at the start of this year and I've already gotten a K35 & a B35, both to my specifications. And she's so friendly, but I noticed most SAs there are helpful.

Not alot actually, compared to most TPFers. I just try to keep in touch with her alot. Maybe she was just getting fed up with my incessant asking! Lol. 😋 but she was never rude or offended by it. And I've met some of her customers, and I saw she really delivers when it comes to the elusive items.
