I got the 20, but I was a tad bit uncomfortable with how big it felt since it’s such an expensive piece of jewelry. Would not have thought twice about it if it was a bracelet under $50.
Sent it back for the 19, crossing fingers that will fit and not be TOO tight.

I think you'll like the size 19 better.my wrist is exactly 17cm and my size is 18.i cannot wear the 19 as it will turn around.so i think the 19 on you will be perfect

Final update! I went with the 19 Love Cuff and I’m keeping it: 
Anyone have a Cartier Love cuff in size 19???? I would really appreciate some pics!!! I’m trying to decide what size I want to buy. I’ve tried on the 17 but it’s way too snug. Debating on 18 or 19 now.
Do you mind showing how it looks from another side (the opening)? I am the same wrist size and not sure what size to order... Have you tried size 17 as well?

I tried 17 and it felt more fit until it turned and one end dug into my flesh. The SA was very certain that I was a 18. However, the 18 does feel quite loose at times and I do find myself checking very often to make sure it didn't fall off. I feel that i am between the 2 sizes.
