Every pregnancy is different. Some people swell up, some don't. Some people gain a lot of weight too. During pregnancy, I could not wear my love cuff. I was also a size 16 before conceiving. Since 16 is snug on you now, there is a possibility that it might not fit during pregnancy.

I guess I meant 16 cm is snug but it still slides down up to 2 inches from my wrist bone. When I tried the 17 cm, it felt too loose (slides down almost to the middle of my arm) and my SA agreed 17 is too big. With a 2 inch give, does that seem OK? My wrist is 14 cm around the wrist bone.
I already ordered it. It is arriving in 3 weeks and I think I will have 30 days for exchange/ to think about it. Now I'm worried!
Hmm first let me start by saying I don’t own the cuff. I do own two thin loves. When I first got them I thought they were a little on the big side. Then I gained a lot during pregnancy and I was so grateful they were bigger. I will say that I couldn’t wear them about a couple weeks to a month before birth and then I was surprised but even after I gave birth and lost quite a bit of the weight they still didn’t fit comfortably. I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to wear them again. I did end up loosing more weight and I am probably 10-15 pounds away from my normal weight but for some reason my bangles still feel like they are on the tighter side. Uncomfortable at times. Especially in the heat which they weren’t before. Not sure how this helps or doesn’t help at all but thought I would share my experience. Especially since they are so darn expensive!

Hi! My wrist is about 15 cm and I wear the Size 17 for the love cuff
Hope you will get ur cuff soon. I loved mine to death and it works well with my lifestyle. I workout quite often so prefer not to wear any jewellery
They say go up one size from loves ,what size are u in love do you know? I hope this helps

You should call Cartier customer service in your country before you order online, they will assist you with the sizing.
If it helps, my wrist is 14cm at the bone, and I'm wearing size 17 cuff (and that is size 16 for full bracelet).

My cuff would only slide up the arm and quite often it stayed up there until I manually (or gravity) pushed it back down to my hand.
But it never turn around upside down so the opening show on the top of the arm.

Thank you! That’s good to know. Of course I am concerned about it staying put. I did try it on a long time ago and I remember the opening being a little tight, which is ideal.
