I vote for the 1 diamond but I love diamonds & think it looks nicer with it. Have been thinking about the 4 diamond love or a 1 diamond cuff if I were to get a second one... but don't think that will happen soon... Goodluck choosing. Either one will be great! And as other people say the $800 price diff is not that huge if you want the diamond.
