Loulou - defect corners - exchange for everyone?

I wonder if everyone here that had Problems with their lou lou because of the leather at the Corners got an Exchange?
Exchange for another lou lou bag? store credit? Money back?
what do they do about that?
I read about the Corner Problems many times here, so i wonder if you live with that or if the stores actually help you with it?

please tell me.

no I'm talking about the folded Corners at the lou lou bags.
the leather is rubbing off only after using it a few times. that's ridicilous Quality.
I'm reading here many times about it and I wonder if the Girls here just live with that or if they went to the store to get a return, gift Card, new bag. etc

Hi what did you end up doing about your corner wear? I’m in the same boat

I feel like this happens with every brand that has folded corners. If it happened within a few weeks I would go return the bag. After a few months of wearing the bag it’s just what happens in my opinion. Other brands, I have used shoe cream to cover bottom corners and works just fine. So that’s what I plan to do with my loulou bags once the corners rub off.
