I don't believe this. I truly don't believe this. The reversal showed up in my account, so I immediately went over and tried to purchase the bag again. SAME THING HAPPENED....I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE!!! I go to my account, and it was taken out AGAIN. What on earth is wrong with their website? Why am I having such a hard time purchasing this item??? I'm gonna call them AGAIN when I get off work and see what the problem is. I truly can't believe this. Maybe it is a sign that it's just not meant to be.
This is really weird. I have never had a problem on their site with any of my transactions. I have an account and have used a credit card.

I still don't know why it happened. I have purchased a few items from them since, and I just used my PayPal. I had to use my PayPal for this purchase, as well. Which is fine, because I had that extra protection, but it all worked out in the end. Never found out why it wouldn't work, but I got my bag and all is well.

Does anyone notice how Fashionphile doesn't show the complete serial numbers on the bags? Like this View attachment 5767255 Glad I read through this thread to learn they do have an actual store front.
It’s not uncommon for resellers to not show the full serial number, in order to prevent people from copying them and counterfeiting. This doesn’t bother me when purchasing from a reputable source like Fashionphile; I know that their bags are authentic, and they have a good return policy in case you ever have any doubts.

Ohhh ok I was just wondering how that worked. Thank you for providing that info! I do appreciate the return policy also.

Of course! I’ve always had an excellent experience with Fashionphile; they are personally my favorite/the only pre-loved site I shop. I’ve purchased multiple bags from multiple brands from them over the years (mostly Chanel, Balenciaga, and LV), and they have all been in as-described better condition than noted on their site. So no nasty surprises! And that great return policy, although I’ve only used it once or twice, when I changed my mind. Happy shopping!

I agree with you @Classy&Fab  I had the pleasure of visiting the NYC location last August. I was in handbag heaven:lol:. And this year I have made 2 purchases from them with the SA who gave me her card when I visited, and yes the items were even better than described. I would definitely purchase from them again.

That is so amazing that you’ve been able to visit one of their storefronts! I haven’t yet had that opportunity, but I’m hoping to one day, maybe the next time I’m in Los Angeles. Although I should probably stay far, far, away; their website alone is dangerous enough for me! :giggle: But I’m glad your experience has mirrored my own; it’s so nice having peace of mind when purchasing on the pre-loved market.

Reviving this thread, although not Fashionphile. I found a roses neverfull in excellent condition on TRR. Listing said no signs of wear. I grabbed it. But before I did I contacted them to ask about the return policy. I, too, don't generally purchase from anyone that says final sale. They said if the condition doesn't match the listing, they will offer a free return. The last thing I need to do is buy another bag and my sister in law promptly reminded me of that . We're remodeling and that money could certainly go elsewhere. HOWEVER, I have always lusted over the roses on this bag and have never seen it in excellent condition! I need a little reassurance from my enablers here!

I might be a bad influence here, but I say keep it! If it's what you've always loved and wanted, then keep it. I doubt you'd ever regret that decision, especially since it's such a hard to find bag. That was the deciding factor for me when I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase the graffiti bag. And I haven't regretted it once since I have gotten it. I just love it! Make sure you come back and post some pics when you get it. Can't wait to see it.

I will definitely post pictures! I was shocked to see it in such good condition. I "liked" it at first and was going to wait for a price reduction but then figured I had better grab it! I love your bag also!!!! Great find!
