Still haven't received the bag yet. UPS has attempted delivery twice, and they say tomorrow is the final attempt. I'm gonna have my daughter sit and wait so hopefully they'll deliver it while she's here. They keep delivering it at around 2:30 or so. I don't get home from work until 5-5:15, so I always miss it.

Anybody know what they do if they've tried to deliver 3x and you're not home? Do they send it back to Fashionphile, or do they bring it to one of their facilities so I can pick up there? Kinda frustrated at the moment.

Can't you call UPS and ask them to re-direct the package to a UPS store so you can pick it up in person?

Oh that is so frustrating! I was wondering if you had received it yet. In my experience, if you miss the 3 delivery attempts they take it to one of their facilities and you have to go there and present ID to collect it yourself. I don’t think they would send it back to Fashionphile, at least not right away. Hopefully your daughter is able to sign for it tomorrow! I can’t wait for you to finally get your hands on it!

This almost happened to me. I missed the first attempt. I was home. I think the driver didn’t bother to ring the bell. He just left the sticky. The next day I sat there. Wouldn’t you know it, I was his last delivery. The driver told me that even though I signed the back of the paper, it wouldn’t work. I have to sign receipt of delivery only from his device. Needless to say, I’ll have my deliveries sent to Neiman Marcus from now on. I tried to change the delivery location via UPS site. It wouldn’t let me because it had to be signed for. :/ (silly rule)

Well, this is interesting. Just got notification that it just got delivered and was signed for by my last name. Weird. My daughter isn't there yet because she had to take her friend to the airport, so she was gonna stop there on her way back. So apparently the UPS guy left it on my doorstep lol. Lovely! I've never had any problems with shipments there, so I'm not too worried about it, but what if?

I'll keep you all posted. Thanks!
