I don't believe this. I truly don't believe this. The reversal showed up in my account, so I immediately went over and tried to purchase the bag again. SAME THING HAPPENED....I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE!!! I go to my account, and it was taken out AGAIN. What on earth is wrong with their website? Why am I having such a hard time purchasing this item??? I'm gonna call them AGAIN when I get off work and see what the problem is. I truly can't believe this. Maybe it is a sign that it's just not meant to be.

OK, good news! I called FF on my way home from work, and the rep suggested I use my PayPal account instead of my debit card directly. Since my debit card is attached to my PP account, it worked out. I tried PP, and it worked!!! The second I paid, I got an order confirmation email directly from FF and a confirmation from PP that I paid for the item. So it worked...I am FINALLY going to get this bag!!!

Plus, since I bought the pink one instead of the lime green one, I saved over $400. That makes me happy! Thanks everyone for your support. I really really appreciate it. I will post pics once I receive it.

Echoing others on this thread to say I have purchased multiple bags from Fashionphile (Chanel, Balenciaga, LV), and I have NEVER had an issue with them. I’ve found all of their descriptions to be super accurate, and in some cases, the bags are actually in better condition IMHO than they were described on the site, which was a nice surprise! I’ve only had to use their return policy once (changed my mind), and it was a completely quick, hassle-free process. I personally would never purchase anything expensive from TRR due to the fact that you can’t return bags, their photos and descriptions are all over the place, the customer service is TERRIBLE (contacted once to inquire about a bag that had an erroneous description — never again), plus all the horror stories I’ve read. I have paid over-retail in some instances with FP, but for me it was worth it to add the rare & hard-to-find items to my collection. Hope you love your new bag! :smile:

Thank you so much. I appreciate that. This bag, or anything with the Stephen Sprouse design, is definitely my unicorn. He was always my favorite designer back in the late 80's, so I'm really excited to get this bag. I feel confident purchasing from FF. I've heard a lot of great things about them, so I'm not too worried. But you're right, I have heard horror stories about TRR on here, and I'm not about to purchase or sell anything from them at all. Not gonna chance it.

I also forgot to add that you can sell it back to them for a certain percentage that goes down the longer you have it. I’ve sold them back 2 items. That was also a very easy process.

I saw that. Right after I paid, it said I could sell it back for like $2k+. But I have 30 days to return it, I think. So I'll make sure before I remove the tag, that it's what I want.
 
Congrats! I have purchased two bags from Fashionphile and had wonderful experiences both times! I plan on buying many more from them in the future and hope to check out their on site location in Manhattan one day. Can't wait to see your bag!
I was actually there in August, had booked an appointment a few days before. It was unbelievable! Definitely worth visiting. Have not yet purchased anything from them, but I wouldn't hesitate.
