I’ve purchased from FF a few times, I had a good experience. My purchases were SLG and straps, but cond was always as described. As long as you keep the tag on it, you have 30 days to decide .

I feel like this bag is meant to be because not only was Stephen Sprouse my favorite designer, but I love graffiti, I've always wanted the Neverfull GM and my favorite color is lime green...lol Not sure if this is a sign, or what, but I'm just so hesitant to spend this much money on a pre-owned bag. Ugh! Decisions....

As long as you don't cut the tag off, all you do is go into your account, check the item returning, print out the slip for inside the box, print out return label and drop it back off. I didn't even have to call to get that pesky RMA number like so many places do. I just received a 16 mm mono strap today from them. they ship signature required so remember that (I have packages sent to my office). I opened it up, its just as described and I got the LV dust bag plus the FP dustbag.
Sounds good. I like that! Unfortunately, I don't think it comes with an LV dustbag. They didn't show a pic of it so I doubt it's included.
I have had good and bad experiences buying from them, but you have the option to return it if you don't want to keep. It is pricey, I would say it depends, can you afford buy it outright; do you have patienence wait for one in better value? do you have the time hunting for it? are you buying it to use it or just sit in the closet? I can't tell you how many items I bought just sit in the closet never used or only used once for years, not worth the money I'd say but I don't mind just let them sitting there, will you be OK if bought it used several times then just let it sit there?OK, I've always wanted a Stephen Sprouse LV bag, and I saw this on Fashionphile. I've made quite a few purchases from fashionphile and never had an issue. It's also quite easy to return things as long as you leave the tags on. The price is something only you can decide if it's worth it. You say you always wanted it. I say buy it, get it home and when you open it and try it on you will know if you really love it.
I would keep looking until you find it for a better price. Personally, it wouldn’t be worth that to me. I yearned for the Monogramouflage Speedy for years, which often sells for higher price points than this, and I eventually found one in pristine condition for a fantastic price. Even if money was no object I would grudge paying a seller that kind of money for a pre-owned bag. Just my opinion.
I can pay for it in full right now, but still questioning whether it's worth that kind of money. I've always loved the On the Go bag, and I can get it brand new for less than this. So that's an issue, too. I swore I wouldn't buy another LV bag (already have 3 which is enough for me), but when I saw it my jaw just dropped, but the price is keeping me away at this moment. It's in really good condition, but not perfect. Still a few stains on the inside and the vachetta isn't in excellent condition either. I think if it was in perfect/unused condition, I'd grab it, but I'm still on the fence about it.
That's how I feel as well. Because it's pre-owned, that makes me think twice about it. If it was brand new, in pristine condition, I'd probably snatch it up.
Just looked on Poshmark and they have a Neverfull GM Pink Stephen Sprouse bag for $4,995. Ouch!!! The condition isn't even as good as Fashionphile, too. The canvas on one corner is scraped and scratched.
They also have a lime green one GM, just like the one I want on Fashionphile, and the condition isn't as good and vachetta seems torn up, and they want $3,499. So a little more, not much.

Well, I think I just ordered this, but I'm not sure. Not sure if this is not meant to be, or just a glitch on their website. When I tried ordering it and putting it through on my debit card, it kept saying there was an error. I tried this twice, and I got the same message. I knew there was something wrong with their website because I had just transferred the money from my savings to my checking account. I went back to my checking account to check the balance, and the transaction had gone through. I even took a screenshot to prove this just in case.
Now what? It still shows that the bag is available on their site, and I was charged for the bag and haven't received a follow up email stating shipping or anything. When I go to "my purchases" on their website, it doesn't show I have any.
Is this common with their site? I'm kinda worried.
