Does anyone have the new neon or azur with braided handle pictured here? Can you please post mod shots thank you so much!
Perhaps you can ask @earswithfeetDoes anyone have the new neon or azur with braided handle pictured here? Can you please post mod shots thank you so much!
Hi,
thank you. I definitely prefer the Azur over the Escale collection. But that's just a personal preference of course. I love the braided handle a lot and the shoulder strap is very soft and comfy. It's not long enough for crossbody, at least not for me (I'm 5'9). I just ordered a vachetta strap from LV to have the crossbody option. I sold my Néonoé in Coquelicot because the strap hurt my shoulder when I had in on the longest setting. The two buttons on the strap just sat weird on me...
If you love the cotton candy look of the Escale, then go for it
I would choose the Azur, LOL
Here are some more pics.

I really like the bag. I've noticed on the forum lately that if one person doesn't like a bag or finds issue with it, everyone suddenly abandons it. Not everything works for everybody.I just received the Speedy bb vvn and I have read some of the other comments about this bag and thought I would chime in.

I like the color and think it will be so beautiful as it gets scratches and wear as time goes by.
I just received the Speedy bb vvn and I have read some of the other comments about this bag and thought I would chime in. Randomly I checked the LV website last week and it was available to my surprise as I was for sure it was sold out. Fortunately I am not afraid of the vachetta and its darkening effects, I almost prefer it to the brand spanking new look of vachetta. I ended up purchasing 2 twilly's to help protect the handles as I am not a fan of grime and dirt on bags (waiting for them). I am quite meticulous about caring for my bags but I wouldn't say I baby them as life does happen.
What do have to say this about the bag - is it unique? Yes, to a certain degree. I am about 5'5 with an average build and I think it fits my aesthetic.
One of the other posters mentioned it is yellow, The answer is yes, the vachetta is more on the yellowish side than the white/pink/beige look of the normally used vachetta on LV bags. The chain, although reminiscent of Chanel, is gorgeous and has a different feel as it is much lighter than Chanel (as someone who has Chanel handbags), which makes sense because it is much more petite than the Chanel chain. It fits a lot of of my items without squishing the bag which I love. What I love about this bag is the silhouette of the bag with the chain, the name tag with the hardware and the monogram fabric interior. The reddish zipper is a little much but I think as the bag ages, it will go well with the new color.
What I find a little odd about the bag is that it is a little wrinkly which isn't shown on the website. On the website, it appears smooth - unless I missed something. The chain needs to be worn as it is a little zig zagged from being brand new (easy fix and not worried). I have put acid free tissue paper in the bag to help keep its shape.
Thank you everyone for me sharing this and reading.
It's definitely a con of being on TPF. I find myself combing my bags for "flaws" that I would've never noticed otherwise. I normally don't let little things bother me so I try to ignore and move on. I know when I read about all the issues with the Escale Mini pochette, I was worried but when mine arrived, I realized that I didn't find many of the "issues" bothersome to me at all.I really like the bag. Yes! I saw people wanting to return their bags without even seeing them first! Like you, very few of the "issues" on TPF that people find even bother me. When I shop, if there are no major quality issues, I'm good. I know that if something happens down the road LV will take care of it.It's definitely a con of being on TPF. Totally, I understand some people want perfection - I just hope they're ready for going through potentially multiple items. If they have the patience to do so and LV lets them, all the power to them.Yes! I saw people wanting to return their bags without even seeing them first! Of course, each person is able to decide what is acceptable to them.
My PG came in as the store was closing for the pandemic so I have no idea if mine has the issue or not. I haven't bothered with it much, I just figure if it's one of the defective ones they'll handle it when the world is back to normal.Totally, I understand some people want perfection - I just hope they're ready for going through potentially multiple items. I can honestly say the only thing recently that's made me raise my brows was the strap issue with the Pochette Grenelle. But LV took care of the issue for me.
Thank you. I wanted to only share a different perspective as I find this bag pretty awesome, unique and good for me. Different strokes for different folks - that's why there are so many choices out there!Totally, I understand some people want perfection - I just hope they're ready for going through potentially multiple items. As far as the escale stuff, I didn't find the quality to be any different than the other lower-end LV items *shrug emoji*
