Yay! Look at the bright side.... it could be that perfect piece!My SA sent me an email and told me to come in and exchange it. Besides that spot I haven't had any other issues. Now I'm worried the exchange will be worse off than the one I have.
I have been having SERIOUS "returners remorse"!!! I miss my Infrarouge! So, today I called CS 1-800 and they could only find ONE left in the US and no restocking date (but not technically discontinued)... so they connected me with the SA in the Tampa, FL store and it's on its way to me. Who knows if it will be faulty... who knows how I will feel about the glazing if it's minor now that I know this may be my only chance to get it? Either way, I'm super excited it's on it's way to me!
I do hope this one is absolutely perfect and remains this way, hon'! I'm truly rooting for you

Especially if there's only one left! When my SA checked Monday with my return, there were 17 in the US. I'm worried it won't come back and I'll miss out on this beauty, flaws and all

If I had to bet, I think it will be back, and better than ever. The PM is an amazingly functional bag and I think it'll be here to stay for a while (with flaws fixed!) fingers crossed!
If I can give you any piece of advice, I'll tell you to wait and see if you can locate another infrarouge Pochette Métis. This is quite an expensive bag for you to accept it with this kind of flaw... you deserve the best, we all do! It's some serious money we are paying. Mine was defective and I didn't want to try again, because I'm a defect magnet and I'd just be terrified of wearing the bag. But if you think you're able to, try to find another infrarouge before you consider rebuying the one you returned. I'm wishing you the best of luck!I feel yah @ LVorDie! @Sonmi999, thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. I just love the bag so much, I really hated returning it, I don't want to miss out on this color. But you're right, I did return it for a reason. I have to remember the flaws and be able to use it without worrying. I'll stay in touch with my SA to keep a look out for me and stalk the website
Yeah, do this! I adore the infrarouge PM. Some people might remember me freaking out about it in the thread about Summer 2017 releases, lol
That bag had everything I liked. However, after having canvas peeling issues (the shiny clear coating seemed to be peeling on mine), I absolutely refused to keep it. It's a lot of money. I know I can't ask for absolute perfection, but that was far from that. I could have tried another infrarouge PM, but then I admit I got scared. I wouldn't keep the defective one, though, especially because the issue would probably get worse with time and maybe it'd be harder to return it later. I knew it'd probably only be a matter of time before I had to return it, so there was no point in postponing. However, you may find one that's perfect I'm rooting for all the ladies here!
oh wow, this is why I have decided to hold on to my bag. I'm so happy you managed to get another and I hope it doesn't peel or if it does it's very minor. I been lucky since the last spot my bag hasn't peeled anymore. This is really the most fabulous bag, I love everything about it.
