I didn't read the whole thread, but before considering buying I was curious about the translation of the print on the mono canvas: Volez Voguez Voyagez avec des Valises Louis Vuitton and here we go: Fly Sail Travel with the Bags Louis Vuitton . :smile1:

I just picked up the turq v NF and for those looking, there were at least 2 unclaimed turq v NF's and several pink NF's at Rodeo. There is one turq v bag charm and one pink v cosmetic. No pink v speedys. I prefer the turq- you see the LV mono pattern better in the turq vs. the pink. The LV pattern sort of fades away into the pink color canvas but it is really nice if you like pink. The turq is brighter than expected against the canvas, to me at least. The lining is a beautiful and fresh shade of turq. Do wish there had been a v on the pochette.

They had 1 ramages pochette on display and a few of the wallets with epi/mono ramages. The one ramages NF they had sold when the store opened today. No ramages speedy.

I did not see a lot of action near the ltd. pieces- most of the foot traffic was dispersed. So imo, it is seems mostly collectors who buy these pieces. As a side note, I was asking the SA which she prefered- the v or mon mono NF since they are similar. She said she likes the mon mono better but the v is better for resale. Little surprised to hear her admit that!

In terms of demand, looking at PR's and waitlist in the computer, the ramages is a little more in demand. I am down for speedy and cosmetic to see but may decline.

That is my field report- pics of turq v NF to follow.

thank you for the info! Surprised to find ramage moving faster cause that pattern is just not appealing to me... Also I am stating to think that it is better than mon mono because the color won't come off as easily. I am always somewhat concerned whenever I use my mon mono piece.

Can't wait to see your pics of Turquoise Neverful =)

I was surprised too about Ramages but apparently it is more in demand- my SA and I did a supply/demand analysis for speedy and NF. I think the v collection is a very safe conservative line that you can use all year. Plus, if you do not want the graphics to show, you can turn the bag around. The Ramages appeals because it is edgy and bright for the coming summer months. Plus it is very unusual- more of a statement line- more unique in that sense. I like both collections for different reasons.

BTW, the keepall for the Ramages is TDF- it is the best piece in the collection imo. I would buy it if I had a use for it. The vachette compliments the pattern nicely.

Anything Le usually goes pretty fast. I saw the keep all at another post and it is pretty. But still the pattern is too busy for me....

Can't wait to see your nf pictures. This color is difficult to capture with pictures I think...

Here is the v turq NF- hopefully you get an idea of the color. As others have mentioned, the turq leans a little more towards the green, almost a teal color. This is my first MM (I have several GMs)- have to admit it is growing on me. I am glad I bought it.

The pochette is plain mono with the turq zipper fabric and same bag interior lining.

I am sure others will share with better photos.

The v turquoise color is difficult to capture. I did my best. I suggest seeing irl if you are on the fence.

Ramages is def an acquired taste but it does grow on you.............like the fungus hyphae and spores some allude to!

This is beautiful! Yes the turquoise this season is more green, hence I passed on the epi turquoise alma. But this works well with the canvas. Congrats!

Thank you. I think it is a cute summer bag in the spirit of vacation and travel. It looks adorable with the v turq bag charm dangling on it.

I saw the turquoise epi alma bb and pm and I too was not impressed. Maybe the vernis is better- I did not see any of that.

I saw the neverfull mm in grenade and was not impressed. The pink on the canvas was very bright and "neon" like. Since I have my Stephen Sprouse Roses bag, I didn't see a need for this.

If only I can get a rose neverfull.... Rose LE is the ultimate LE. I have not seen any collection that tops that line IMO. I am not pink person but the rose pattern is TDF.

When seeing the ads first I thought the epi was so beautiful, but then all the RL photos came out and I was like: what? Totally not what I imagined.

I think the vernis is better looking, at least from all the photos I have seen I think the vernis is visually more appealing.

This V bag is really green! I love green in general (mon mono NF is in green and yellow). I now wonder if it is too green to be called blue - cause if it is too green then it repeats my mon mono!

I am on a mission to collect all seven colors of rainbow. I am only missing teal and purple lol. I sometimes wish I got a purple epi neverfull, instead of the black one I have, but the black is so versatile. It is hard to find a purple bag that I like.

Both the pink and the turquoise were much brighter than I expected. I really wasn't sure whether to get the turq NF or not (I am fine with the bag charm and the cosmetic)- I walked around for almost an hour thinking about it. But now that it is home, I am happy I bought it. The pink v was never a consideration for me either b/c I have the SS graffiti GM NF in neon pink.

Mmmm, this is making me rethink. I know I am going to get it, so I am going to decide when it gets here. I think this would look really fab at a warmer climate. The mon mono is in hunter green and yellow so can use more for winter.

This color reminds me of the lagoon color that Longchamp had last year. I have no resistance to a beautiful blue green.
