I heard it's better to get the item online since it comes straight from the warehouse. most of the items available in store are not in perfect condition as what I have observed. maybe because they get to be in the stockroom or maybe some are returns too. I got poppincourt once from a store and it had some creasing and scratch on the brass. So I returned it and purchased one online. Didnt have any issues. so jo I started getting stuff online compared to going to the store.

Honestly after the manager spoke to me I just gave up. Took the last one then left. Anyways I received a call the the after sale dept and they said they are going to change the s lock and reglaze my Pallas wallet for free.

Got the jeanne wallet today and I am not happy with the craftmanship. there's a creasing and I can feel it everytime I open the wallet. This is the first time that I am disappointed with an online order from LV's official website.

If you want removable inserts to be used in other bags, then Jeanne is the one for you! I purchased for that reason alone (well it's also very pretty) and that feature has been awesome! I love being able to just grab the card holder and go!

That's why I bought just the zipped inserts! I have blue and fuchsia

Hello! I brought it back to the store to have it replaced and they said it wasn't supposed to be that way because the glazing on the side should keep two leather materials in place. Now I have to wait for a week for the replacement.

good to know.. overall I'm not so happy with the quality.. I have used this wallet only a couple of times since i bought it as I was on holiday and the glazing started to peel or shows marks on some pointsIMG_1503386391.028519.jpgIMG_1503386404.222186.jpgIMG_1503386419.673596.jpg

It saddens me that Louis Vuitton's quality is slowly deteriorating. Have you tried bringing it to your LV store? maybe they can reglaze for you free?
I´m also still in the one month return policy so I think they would offer me an exchange due to a defect or they will offer me free reglazing after one month but I don´t know if I´m going... I see how it will develop and go then before the one month period ends just to see if it gets worse.. if so then I don´t know if I want to have the same wallet again ... does anyone have the same problem?

That's good that they replaced it though. My store would have said that's within their standard

I don't know if I would get it reglazed. I was told that reglazing can take aware from the life of the wallet in general and that you want to wait to reglaze it since it's free within the first year. This response/policy may vary store to store though.

Has anyone traveled with the Jeanne? I was thinking about taking it on our trip and was wondering how many passports might fit? We would need to fit 3. If not, I know we could fit photocopies of our passports, which is what we would take with us on a daily basis.

I finally found a good use for Jeanne's removable pouch. I condensed all of my 1st aid types of necessities: cough drops, travel tylenol, Rx, band-aids, nail file/clipper, sani-wipe, feminine products w/ a little room to spare!
