I’m so excited for you! :yahoo:When are you going? You might be able to get some of the new collections over there at a cheaper price! It will be so relaxing to go there after all these years of Covid I bet. I can’t wait to go on my first overseas trip after Covid too. Do you mind me asking if there are a lot of things we aussies need to fill in or do prior to going? Pcr test and vax? I’m thinking abt going too but not sure abt what requirements there are. Would love to hear your experience.:hbeat::hugs:
Thanks @Bumbles !!  I hope you get to travel somewhere fun soon, too! I'm nervous to be honest about it (just the travel logistics not Hawaii!! LOL) but excited!! I'll keep you posted how it goes!

This is the link about pre travel testing, may change by the time you travel: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html

there's also a list of paperwork like international vaccine pass etc, I'll find the proper list and link or send to you . Each country has a specific list of what they want you to do.

And testing is different for each country eg. New Zealand documentation of proof of negative testing is different to US. And US currently accepts RAT or PCR. But TAT has to be officially documented or observed at home via doctor on telehealth. Several path labs in Australia do pre travel testing, it's out-of-pocket but you can choose PCR or RAT, including printout of result with your full details to match passport, and it can arrive same day. If you Google eg. Sonic health plus, Australian Clinical Labs, probably your state's own path labs, they would have more info :P

Thanks for sharing! I’m also concerned abt logistics too, so completely get where you’re coming from. All the rules ans regulations you don’t want to miss so the trip is a smooth and enjoyable one.

Yes, if you don’t mind sharing the list when you have a chance. Thanks so much! :hugs:

I couldn't find a US generic source for the list, but each airline will say what you need to get to the US. There's a Passenger Attestation Form that I think you complete 1 day pre flight, after you've received your negative covid test. ESTA visa waiver or whatever visa is applicable for the person's country of origin. International vaccine pass. Hard copies of the above in case. And of course travel insurance.

Things may change and they may add or remove some stuff before you travel. My airline sent a list after booking. Hope that helps

I apologize if this has been addressed lately, but if so, I must have missed it. Does the Lahaina Whalers Village LV store in Maui carry shoes? And if so, are shoes, jewelry and SLGs typically discounted as well compared to mainland prices? I usually only have eyes for handbags, but if there's a slight relative discount, that might help me consider a couple of items. (Also not sure a trip can really happen this year, but I am hopeful!).

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I haven’t been to the LV in Lahaina for a while but l don’t believe they have shoes; the store in Wailea does not. Most things are 10% discounted from the mainland but I don’t know if that applies to shoes or jewelry.

I live on Oahu and have been trying to get my hands on a Palm Springs mini. I know it’s a long shot but have any of you seen them in store recently? I’m trying to see if they even get them in anymore.
They still get them in from time to time. Let me know if you want my CA's info. He can just text you once it hits the store.
