Louis Vuitton from Savers -Fake?

Hi lovely people,
Can I please get you to check and authenticate this LV bag.I got this at Savers today and want to say it is a fake but just to check in case a real one.The code is TM 1983

That is not a real date code number. There is no 18th month in 1993.
