I have seen some resellers take orders for anything available on the website or in store. Some items can have up to 20% off and no tax.

For example, the Speedy Bandolier 25 monogram is listed for $1820 but resellers can order and sell it for $1638 and no tax (10% off). How could they do this? I thought LV never had discounts? And also some resellers sell those key cles or mini Nice’s almost every week. I’m just curious how they can get so many items all at once at a deep discount without getting banned? These are big resellers and they seem to only sell authentic items. Thanks advance for your input!!

My first thought was also FAKES, however, as excalibur and heatherB mentioned, they could very well have been purchased overseas. Prices are significantly cheaper in Europe, and resellers can easily pass on a bit of the savings, while still making $$. My sister bought me a PM in empreinte last month in Paris, for €2000. After the VAT refund, it came to ~$1765. In NY, the same bag after taxes is just under $3100. That’s a savings of $1325 - if a reseller passes along half of the savings to a customer, that’s still a profit of over $650!
