Hello,
I’m looking into acquiring a pre-loved Dauphine MM from 2019 and I have some questions. I would really appreciate your help.

Dear Dauphine MM owners,

1. How long have you owned the bag?
2. How often do you carry it?
3. How is the wear and tear on it?
4. Would you recommend it?
5. Does it look good and feel comfortable when carried Crossbody?

I know the strap can be a little uncomfortable crossbody, but if I were to use another strap, would it be a good Crossbody bag?

Thank you so much for your help and your time.

Hello,

Dear Dauphine MM owners,

1. How long have you owned the bag? Since it was released
2. How often do you carry it? Pre-pandemic, weekly. Pandemic, bi-weekly.
3. How is the wear and tear on it? No wear
4. Would you recommend it? Yes but it depends on your lifestyle. IMO, lifestyle always matters.
5. Does it look good and feel comfortable when carried Crossbody? Yes and yes!

I know the strap can be a little uncomfortable crossbody, but if I were to use another strap, would it be a good Crossbody bag? Yes, and I do not experience and discomfort.

Thank you so much for your help and your time.
My answers are in bold.

Love!!!
where is the Date code for this bag? Mine says it’s from Spain but I don’t see an actual date code tag? Help! Thanks!

To those who have purchased your Dauphine compact wallets directly from LV- which zipper did yours come with? I'm seeing both on resale websites and I am curious if LV produced both or if they are being replicated incorrectly. I've found each with CA (Spain) 2019 date codes.

On the LV site it shows the classic zipper, but as we know lux websites sometimes change small details like this in production to throw off replica factories.

Let me know whatcha got!

Hi ladies, considering getting this bag in mm in canvas but was wondering if the flap curled outward with time, can you please share your experience? Alternately I am looking at the epi too
TIA

I would ask the Mini Dauphine owners if they have problems with the edges of the front flap?

I have my mini Dauphine about 2-3 years, I have used it for diners and evenings maybe 20 times. The bag was sitting in the dustbag, stuffed like all of my bags.

But the edges of the front flap curle, they turn up and I don't wear my Mini Dauphine no more, because I hate that. I will bring it to a second hand store. I' m so disappointed about this bag!! It^s nearly new and looks so old..

The SA says "wear and tear" like every time

Is that just my bag or do you have the same problems with the edges of your Mini Dauphine?

Unfortunately, i feel like it's bound to happen with canvas flaps similar to the felicie... It's probably due to the heat causing the plastic (the coating on the canvas is technically plastic) the curl up... The good news is a leather spa might be able to fix the issue for you (you can also try heating it a bit with a hairdryer and sandwiching the flap in the book to straighten but only it you're comfortable)
