Thank you very much for your answer! Yes you are right, I have had the same problem with my Felicie, which I have sold because of the curly edges.
For the future I don‘t buy no more bags with flaps. The Mini Dauphine will be the last one, and I will let her go now .

Maybe avoid canvas flaps. I have the epi dauphine for a year now and it's still ok. Vintage epi still looks good imo so it's more of a canvas issue rather than the design

Hi just checking in to see if you got your mini and how does it look and wear? Just got one and I’m not to happy with the lining. Does yours look like this? I have to add that there was a lot of fraying glue on mine. It was very disappointing. Thank you

Hi ladies!!!

I’m in need of your help. I just got my Dauphine WOC and noticed there was a lot of fuzzy glue around the glazing. I carefully plucked a little and there was a strain that came off a section. Kinda like the clue that’s left behind after removing false lashes. At first I thought it was un polished leather. Also, the glaze does doesn’t seem to be even. I don’t have this issue with my other bags. Are your purses like this too?! This is so disappointing. Thank you in advance.

It was my birthday a few days ago and my wonderful husband surprised me with a mini Dauphine! I must admit this bag wasn’t even on my radar - I was actually thinking about getting a felicie

Anyway, she is gorgeous and I thought he did so well in choosing this style.

I have noticed that the corner outer stitching seems a bit off, like the corner stitch looks longer or a stitch was skipped? just wanting any second opinions if I’m over thinking it… does it look ok would be something you’d exchange?

Overall, for a bag that I’ve never even considered - I love it!!

Front left corner:

yeah i did. The replacement was perfect or close to. Funny how the manager kept telling that these things are because it's "handmade" and not "made in a factory". I told her that's BS; if anything is handmade, i would expect better quality because these tasks are quite specific and the maker would have more control on how to do the stitches.

Hi. I want to get the Dauphine but is not put off by the curling flap ends reviews I watched. Still deciding….

I have had the Mini Dauphine maybe one year. I have weared it 10-15 times for 3-4 hours. Then the flaps curled on both sides, and the bag loked ugly.
I hate curled flaps so much - so I have sold the bag. I wouldn't buy it no more because of this problem.
The same problem also had my Pochette Favorite in Epi, which I have sold too.
