are you a experienced buyer? The reason I ask this is, I had this kind of things happened to me before. I suggest you quickly go to fedex location ask to see manager and ask to see the scan of the package to make sure it’s the right size weight package has the correct address of your residency.
I don't know what would qualify as experienced, probably not...this is maybe the 4th preloved piece I've gotten from eBay/Japan in the span of 5 or so years. I just went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center and they told me that they can't see anything more than what I can pull up with the tracking information (which does not include a delivery photo). The only other FedEx locations listed in my area are onsites inside of other businesses like Office Depot, etc. The tracking information has my correct name and address listed; the dimensions of the shipping box and weight seem appropriate for the item I ordered.
Fed ex is suppose to take a photo of the package at the delievery point.
I finally found online, the email the fed ex CEO!!!
They told me at the ship center that they don't always take a photo and if they did that it would be on the tracking page when I look it up. I found what seems to be the ceo's email address and sent an email pleading my case so we'll see...

It may not be a fraud but just in case it is, Go online search “mail fraud” you will find more information and how to deal with it if you can’t get evidence to open case as not delivered

and in previous post I meant scan of the package when it came through hub, every package will have a scaneed photo when came through destination hub, you are able to see name address etc

The ones I encountered were shipper (sellers) printed correct bar code but used fake addresses on the shipping label so I was never got the packages. I was able to prove fraud scam by getting scanned photos when packages went through hub.

Jeez, well hopefully its not a scam...did you just show up to the hub in your area to get this photo? When I look on googlemaps I see another FedEx building listed that looks like a hub but I'm not sure theres even an office there...
The seller is next-innovation, I've never purchased from them before, they have mostly positive feedback; they do have some negative feedback, but all of it seems to be about items not being as described, don't see anybody talking about not receiving their item.

You may need to call FedEx to find supervisor that you can talk to about “****” and find which FedEx location handled your package , yes I showed up in person To get scan. Go search for ebay mail scam, package delivery not received etc key words to find out how to deal with, you only have a period of time can deal with this issue and it will not solved by open not received case.

I have a hub/station in my area that you can pick up and ship packages. Have you called customer service? Call the number and tell them that you would like confirmation of pinpoint delivery which is GPS wherever he scanned that package FedEx should be able to tell you the address where he was at……I would do this asap.

Any word on your package?

Yes! Sorry, I forgot to post here as well, only added to the October purchases thread…FedEx finally called me last night and said they had a new driver who had “mis-delivered” it…and that they would attempt delivery again tomorrow. I said absolutely not, hold that package wherever you are and I will come get it. Had to drive to a weird FedEx ship site next to the airport but finally have my bag in my possession. Thank goodness because eBay denied my item not received case and appeal despite me saying I had video evidence that the package was never delivered, there was never even a FedEx truck on my block that day.

Yay, I am glad that it worked out and you received the bag! I saw it in the other thread and it’s stunning, congrats!
