I would bring it in to your SA. LV was awesome about restoring a toiletry pouch I had from 1998. The I terior had disintegrated and they put in a new one, moved the limited addition tag and put it on the new one and replaced the zipper. It almost cost as much as a new one but I was fine with it.
I had this happen to my Damier Duomo. They said it was a known defect and gave me a $2700.00 credit towards a new bag. Id had it 7 or 8 years already. I got my monies worth for sure and used the credit to purchase a Neverfull in black Empriente.

Thank you! I remember the recall years back where they were taking back all empreinte items for the glazing issues. I turned in some bags and they have me a store credit. I’m not expecting it but going to try for a store credit..
I went into the store and complained that the glue was coming off on all my clothes and if there was something that could help. They just took the bag in the back and said I could get a store credit.
