while i was driving home i realize the heart in the bracelet went missing! im really sad because i only had this bracelet for a little over a year and one time the bracelet came off but thank god it was on my bed! did anyone ever experience this? can i get a replacement for the heart, i love my bracelet but i dont want to pay 150 all over again lol. i dont even know when i lost it, i feel like it might have fell when i took my kids to the playground.

I’m sure you can get a replacement. I recently had the blue enamel heart on my double heart pendant necklace replaced. They charged me £40 but it did take just over a month to get back to me.
Of course you can replace it but for sure you'll have to some some extra... not sure tho how much exactly. A friend of mine did it for about 50bucks
