Lost Grommet

I lost a grommet off the bottom of an OS Nikki. It seems the shoe/repair store here does not fix things like this. I am trying to get through to RM customer service to see if they repair but having trouble getting in contact with them.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

I doubt RM will repair it. Even high end brands don’t do repairs these days. Perhaps you may be able to buy a similar sized grommet on ebay and do some DIY repair.

Thanks. I finally got ahold of someone through CS in the hope they could send me the foot on the bottom but they are unable to do that. Tried the DIY route but had no luck.

I think I will bite the bullet and send the bag off to be repaired. Probably doesn’t make sense financially to do so, but it’s an OS Nikki and one of my favorites.
