I just bought a small Valentino Rockstud crossbody bag 10 days ago and took it out today for the first time. As I started to put my things in there, I discovered that the thread on the inner side of the bag came loose... I didn’t even overstuff it. All I put in was a coin purse, car keys and my lip balm... so disappointed in the quality of my first Valentino purchase.
I bought it in the boutique, so I guess I’ll have to bring her in for repair...Has anybody else had this happen to their Rockstud bag??

So sorry to see this. I only 2 Valentino bags and I haven’t had any issues. Yes please take it back and post what they say.
I brought it back to the boutique and they exchanged it for a new one since I bought it within 14 days. Glad that they have good customer service but disappointed in the quality of such an expensive bag... I hope mine was just a one-of and it won’t happen again.

i bought a little rockstud chain bag (sorry forgot what its called) and it was the last one left in the store, the stitch on the side was missing completely and i said to them can you fix it and 15 mins later someone came out with the stitch in tact. i havent used it yet but i hope i dont have any problems later on
