Hi! I have only had mine since about the first week in March. I have used it everyday, with the exception of my son’s wedding, and it still looks and feels brand new. I know that isn’t very long though.

Ugh...mine is getting the vertical creasing....can anyone else see them?
Do you think it’s from being slouchy? Seems to be the area where is folds or slouches. Ugh I’m sorry. Maybe take it in and see what they say?
These lines are also noticeable on my Boulogne noir (several people in the Boulogne thread reported the same). Showed it to my SA and was told that this isn’t a defect. I personally think that the lines come from the shape (maybe in case of the loop hobo, from the slouch). Not sure whether this was helpful …
Mine has this too. Wasn’t sure if it’s a defect.
My CA didn't find it acceptable and I was able to order a different bag. Pochette Metis reverse mono
My CA took one look at it for 5 seconds and agreed with me that it was no good and returned even though I purchased in April/ordered the Pochette Metis in mono reverse in boutique. But, we've had a relationship for years and he always takes care of any issues with my bags in terms of exchanging after time due to defects
