My grand palais has vertical creases also, I think it’s not the slouchiness of the loop hobo might not be the cause..what do you think guys?

These lines are also noticeable on my Boulogne noir (several people in the Boulogne thread reported the same). Showed it to my SA and was told that this isn’t a defect. I personally think that the lines come from the shape (maybe in case of the loop hobo, from the slouch). Not sure whether this was helpful …

Same! I also had these vertical lines on my boulogne noir then on the loop hobo. The boulogne was replaced and haven't had the same issue since. The loop hobo I opted for another bag to replace with. Still a mystery to me on how those vertical lines formed.

Just received my loop hobo today and am really disappointed, there was no wrapping on one side of the hardware, the zippers are so stiff I’m afraid they will end up breaking and picture below of the wonky bottom. I purchased this directly from the website and for almost $3000 I think the bag should be perfect. I’m wondering if this bag was a return.

It’s not unusual for hardware to lack film. You can run wax paper over the zipper teeth to make it zip more smoothly. That bottom may be an issue though - you could try standing it up with something inside to smooth it out. But if it’s sewn incorrectly it may never look right (I cant tell if that’s the case from the pic).

Edit: if it were me I’d exchange

Can you try lightly pushing the piping out from the inside? That may even it out…

I ended up calling LV and they asked for pictures, I sent pictures and they said they will accept as defective. I was a little surprised that they almost sounded as if the exchange was going to be a problem, I just received the bag yesterday so it wasn’t like I had it a long time and now decided to exchange it. The bad part is its going to take up to 3 weeks to be credited, since I didn’t want to chance the loop being back ordered I reordered another loop so now my credit card has $6000 on it while I wait for the credit. Hopefully the next loop won’t have any problems with it.
