Looking for CJ earrings and the boutique that will ship internationally.

I'm looking for a pair of earring that come from 11A "Garden of Rock" collection. The collection code is Z3083. Color is ruthenium.

I've checked with a couple SA in department stores and been told it's only available in boutique, not department store.

If anyone has a SA to recommend me, please please please let me know.

If it is available at the boutique only, can boutique send internationally? I have never heard of boutique being able to send internationally, only departmental store.

That's I'm not sure either. I've never heard of boutique shipping internationally and been declined a couple times.
