Looking for advise: Buying rose gold diamond full eternity ring

Hi all! My partner implied that maybe we are getting married and I should perhaps look for rings. (I hope it is for real)

I would really like a delicate rose gold eternity ring.

Of course I like the Tiffany Metro, but the pricing seems way over the top. I could scrounge up the budget, probably, but I really find myself not wanting to.

I can' even find the difference in them. Again, I want a very delicate band, so I don't mind the carat weight.

What my biggest concern is, is the diamonds being dull. But on diamonds this tiny, do they test for quality of cuts?

What do you girls think? Any tips? I am in Europe, so a shop from the EU is a must. Else I will pay more in costumes than the ring itself.

Any buying advice very appreciated.

I don't know the price point that you're willing go to atm, but for a wedding band (in pave) I suggest go to Tiffany for the following reasons:
1. Pave setting is quite delicate for 24/7 wearing IMO, and you should get the best quality possible. From the pics in the ebay listing there is nothing to be sure about the prong and the chance one melee could fall off in this style is more than in channel setting.
2. You will wear the ring 24/7 for a lifetime, and it means one day in future you may need to fix something, then Tiffany has a very good after sale service, they could check the prong to prevent the melees falling out, clean it... for free and for a lifetime. If you have to replace one melee they would charge you for replacement, but at least you could prevent it by bringing the ring to the store checking every 6 months or so.
3. Tiffany uses the best quality melee in their design, so you don't have to worry about the sparkle factor. Other than that you should have a loop and know how to look at a diamond to choose quality melee, which I think it's not easy.

I would never in a million years buy a ring from Ebay. Sorry, no. You have no idea what you're getting for your money!

Any of the below vendors will use high quality diamonds, especially Brian Gavin that cuts them themselves to be well cut.

Either get the ring you like from Tiffany, or commission a piece from a vendor online from the states who knows how to work with the customs--it might not be as bad as you think--like this:

Are there any good jewellers where you live? I am having two thin bands (2 mm) made by a jeweller in my home town - I looked at a few bands and was able to specify exactly what I wanted. I think with rings it's best to try them on and see how you like them on your finger and also check they are comfortable.
