I've been eyeing the longchamp neo in all black and was so amazed to see it at Marshall for $100, so I bought it immediately. I tried to find information about whether or not Longchamp checks that you bought the bag directly through Longchamp in order to do a repair (of the corners once they start to make holes), but I havnt found any information. Does anyone have experience or information regarding this?

I sent my bag in for corner repair a few years ago. They did not ask for proof of purchase. I bought the bag from an online retailer. You can contact their customer support for their current repair policy.
Just as an FYI- They won't tell you if your bag corners are eligible for free repair when emailing photos to them. Instead they say to bring it to a Longchamp store near you or mail it in with the form they email you to their NJ location. Their reply was "A photo is only the first indication of whether a corner hole can in fact be a candidate for repair. We cannot confirm any guarantees until after the bag physically arrives and is evaluated by our repair specialist. If you wish to send your bag directly to our repair center. I have attached a repair ticket for you".
I was hoping for an answer before spending money to ship it as it is near the corner but not the corner itself (both pictures are same spot, different views).

Does anyone know if Longchamp will do cleaning? I have the toile tote and have suffered what I believe is color transfer from denim. Do you think that is something they would be willing to service?

I bought a vintage Longchamp Roseau sling bag being aware that the bag is not in an excellent condition. I have it now and am wondering how best to restore it. The leather is quite dry and cracked, there are a few marks, but no nasty smells. The hardware looks tired as well. Would you think this is a project I can do myself and how? I've never done something like this before. Or should I better contact a professional about it? Thank you.

Does anyone have suggestions where to get the magnetic snap button fixed on the Le Foulonne Crossbody Bag. Long champ said they cannot repair this. That is ridiculous for only having this bag for 2 years and this happens? It is not thousands of dollars for this bag! I am looking for a place where I can mail it in for them to repair and mail back.
