@maxroxxherhandbags I thought you would be interested to know that I am now receiving threatening messages and "warnings" via Vestaire Collective from user. YS. @youngsun5492311. It seems asking if an item marked 'S' was from the sale has activated the gang of RESELLERS to harass me. I have reported to VC. Hope you are not going through the same... :hrmm:
Hi @Moody Blues as yet no harassment but the item I flagged has been removed from sale.
frankly the resellers need to be called out.
im actually sick of genuine clients not being able to buy what they want while resellers buy up stock both in boutiques and from sales like this using multiple ID’s and profiles to enable their game.
they are highly organised and usually work with a small team.
to me they are as low as counterfeiters.
I’m so sorry to hear you are being harassed by these sharks.

went again this morning as I didn’t have time to properly browse RTW and silk earlier in the week. There was a queue for the first slot because people were not let in until 9.10am! However when I came out at 11 there was no queue outside at all. Barely any shoes left and no cashmere coats but plenty of silk!
I tried the leather coat and almost purchased it! It’s so cool because it looks almost like an oilskin Mac and I loved the hood! You got some amazing items! Well done and wear them in good health

I went last night and the staff at the gate were checking invitation email with QR code, date and slot time plus name on invitation must be as per ID. I overheard a guy couldn't get in because he didn't have the time slot and a lady wasn't able to make the day before so tried her luck, as she had the correct time slot. Not sure if the staff let them both in at the end. Though I have to say the staff were helpful and polite.

I had 6:30pm slot but went in at 7pm and no queue for any checkpoints or inside the sale. This was actually my first private sale and from watching YT videos and reading posts, I honestly expected craziness and it was quite the opposite.

I was hoping to get Kelly belt, perhaps Clic clac/Kelly bracelet, pair of trainers and wanted to checkout Paris, Mules and Oran in person.

As some have already mentioned, barely any shoes left (size 39) and tried on Velvet sneakers with croc and lizard skin £7XX and there was croc Mules but wanted plain ones.

Plenty of scarves, ties and RTW. There were no more homeware, belts and not much in the jewellery section. The SA did say they only had one Kelly croc bracelet in the morning but that was gone. She also mentioned they did have Kelly belts (think I heard belts and not bracelets) on the first day of sale.

We left the sale empty-handed and although I was disappointed but I'm glad I had the opportunity to go and somewhat of an experience.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to know if your sale purchases are included as part of your overall spend history?
Will Hermes know that you attended, what you purchased and your overall spend?
I just wandered because of the QR code was scanned when entering the sale and when paying for items, or was the QR code solely for the purposes of the event organiser?
Have a lovely weekend

Ironically YS has now become 'Sally' and is leaving me messages under that name... Indeed a highly organised 'gang'.

Anyhoo... moving right along, it was indeed an amazing sale (my first), and prompted me to finally start actively participating in this forum and stop being shy. I'm fairly new to Team Orange (2 years in and a few selective purchases only), but in that time I've learnt so much from you all. Can't thank you enough for your knowledge, fun and support. Sadly leaving UK so need to find a new SA as I'm officially hooked!

I had a blast at this sale! I got a handful of shoes and a couple scarves, but my favourite find was the Britney boots in white which I’ve wanted for ages. I went on Monday for the 6pm slot, and got into the sale around 20:30, but like others, made a few friends while in the queue and exchanged some granola bars with a few.
I’ve noticed the resellers on Vestiaire which is quite frustrating. Hermès were quite clear that no reselling would be permitted. But I guess this is proof that there’s just no way they can enforce it really,

Resellers at it already-On Vestiaire Kelly double tour listed this morning with S stamp alligator £800 S stamp visible in listing.
I think we should call out every listing we see like that. This is listed by Emma in UK and I have commented on the listing
As you may have gathered I am hugely anti deliberate profiteering from events like this- they take items that genuine fans would like.
we all make mistakes in sale and if so list for sale at what you paid for it. Don’t do a markup for any more than you give To the sales listing platform.
Huge thank you for calling this out. I cannot agree more. It was absolute chaos inside during sales and although I was incredibly lucky to be able to purchase 6 pairs of popular shoes, I know the vast majority of people barely got any chance to look at shoes as they had given up queuing for the shoes section. The re-sellers were honestly quite obvious and it definitely looked like they were having a field day. It's infuriating, and it's even more shocking to hear that people reporting concerns are getting harassed. Hermes should really take more drastic steps to stop such atrocious behaviour.

I think that’s unlikely (happy to be corrected though). I popped into the boutique this week and my SA asked me if I received an invite and attended the private sale. I think the QR code/ registration was outsourced and solely for organisational purposes - don’t think the systems are in any way integrated.

No sale event items are never included in your official overall spend history
