Tuesday 12:30 slot! Went there while 8 months pregnant so I hope I do get some dedication points!!! Haha! Aside from the Oxer jacket* that I’ve mentioned, I found several nice pairs of shoes (my excuse is that my shoes don’t fit me anymore as my feet have swelled up during pregnancy):

I also found some nice scarves. L’art du Sarasa and Into the Canadian Wild that I will be giving as presents to my mother-in-law and my grandmother-in-law (she broke her arm, and I thought she could use an Hermes scarf as a sling to channel Grace Kelly). I am keeping Three Graces for myself, as I don’t have a black and white colorway, and the fun Coin de Feu because Christmas is coming after all.

I honestly got carried away with the scarves. I haven’t even worn most of the ones I bought last year! Next year (if there’s going to be a sale), I am going to limit myself to just a stole or a shawl.

(* possibly controversial: I am secretly hoping that a reseller found the vest for it and it will show up online at some point… if anyone spots a navy quilted gillet, please let me know!)

There was an open solicitation on one of the Hermes Facebook groups yesterday from someone going to the sale and taking orders. Some people are remarkably brazen.

Sure they were £465. They were freshly put out in the 40 section, after I’d been there a while. Someone else got to them before me but luckily after they were rejected again by another person I got them! Whilst I was there I saw the pink mink, teal and black leather chain patterned and yellow ostrich oasis - they were £600.

Felt I missed out on some items at this Hermes sale because felt so rushed with the one way system.

Would like to know if visit a Hermes London store which one would you recommend from your experiences?

Also, do they have xmas sales at their stores?

It was very rushed, but the up-side was it wasn't as crowded and suffocating this time around.

They don't do sales in the boutiques as far as I know. I recommend either Bond St or Sloane Square!

I did the major error of going on Vestiare and I saw a reseller account with 12/13 pairs of Orans and Oasis sandals! Honestly! Wished Hermes put a limit on Orans this year. They did last year, only one per person.

Into the Wild scarf also on Vestiaire for 600 too, ugh

Disgraceful! can we report this reseller to Hermes/VC? I guess vestiaire wouldn't care :(
