That’s crazy you’ll be out that amount for an item that had many undisclosed flaws. I’d be furious if they tried that on me. Get some quotes first to see how much the repairs you want would cost you and then decide if it’s really worth keeping the bag.
I've definitely been distressed over the situation. My poor husband has heard more about this bag than he needs for a lifetime. I did get 3 quotes for repair so I'm considering what to do. I might just use it as is for an upcoming international trip then send it somewhere for repair and spa day.

I'm actually sitting here looking at this small stone blue puzzle I ordered that has many, many undisclosed flaws. My brain is going through the wrestling match of deciding to repair, return, just keep and use, etc. If I didn't make this expensive mistake, I'd definitely be ordering the soft white.
I ordered a LE small puzzle from Harrods. I received such a poor puzzle (unraveling stitching, crooked hardware, chemical smell, drrrry leather ) I lost my appetite for another one. Returned and never looked back. Went to my local NM and looked at the same bag - it was beautiful. I wouldn’t be surprised if Harrods channel some Loewe rejects.

Wow so sorry to hear that. I ordered a medium puzzle bag from Harrods almost a year ago and it was absolutely perfect. That was my only handbag experience with them though.

I am considering buying the small Loewe puzzle from Bergdorf with my intro 15% coupon plus 10% back Rakuten. That would have me paying $2600 US. Is that the best deal, do you think?

We are going to Greece for the first time next month. Wondering if there are better deals to be had there!

European prices + tax free would certainly be the lowest in the world - but you should price the item on the Loewe website for Greece/EU and see if the pricing is comparable after your discounts.

Yes! That is the only way to buy a new Loewe with some savings at least in the US. We pay so much more for the designer here((

Hi all, I also use Rakuten to save at NM as some has mentioned here, but downside is not being able to see the bag in person. I made a purchase, but not happy with the one I received and just want to exchange for the exact same item in the store. However, i was told this may be processed as a return even though it’s still the same transaction on my credit card. I wasn’t really getting a clear answer, so wondering if anyone on here has had an experience in doing this and whether or not the cash back will stick?

I had a similar situation years ago with a ysl bag that was shipped to me from NM.com and yes, it was processed as a return so you’ll lose the cash back….unless you purchase online again and go through rakuten. NM often has 10% cash back so I would take a chance and order again via rakuten

Thank you! I was hoping to avoid all the hassle and afraid of losing a price match, but I went ahead and placed another order. Their service is pretty good though and they agreed to another price adjustment. Just really hoping there are no issues with the next one because I’m so ready to wear this bag.
