Just ordered a turquoise medium tote and zip wallet from the Amazon sale. I returned the turquoise medium tote I bought earlier from LB because I wasn't happy with the leather type and color mismatches, so, I'm trying again since the Amazon sale is a pretty good deal and at least it is free shipping and free returns (with Prime account) in case I'm not happy with them.
Got my turquoise tote from Amazon!! It is beautiful!!!
In one of the turquoise reveal threads, we were talking about if the turquoise had hints of green in it and I was confused why some people were saying it was definitely blue while I saw green in mine. Well, it turns out that there was something wrong with the coloring of the tote I bought originally. It was definitely more green compared to this one. My new tote is a beautiful vibrant blue!!!
There is still leather mismatch, with the front now being pebbled and the back smooth, however, the front pebbling is much nicer on this bag than the previous one. It is nice and soft and doesn't feel dried out.
I've concluded that it was defininitely a good thing I returned the old one because there were things wrong with it (btw I'm still waiting for my refund from LB and it has been 2 weeks).
Oh and there are no streaks!!! YAY!!!
And it smells delicious.
If anyone doesn't like the mix of pebbled and smooth leather, just an FYI, I was told that pretty much all bags are like this this season. They will have a mixture of leather types and it's a look that the designer is going for. Apparently it makes them more casual.

ETA: It was only $264 from the Amazon sale!! And BTW LB said they wouldn't price match to that amount.

Oh! I just came back from a quick trip to Nordstroms. They had the LP Dylan Shoulder bag (Large Hobo) in turquoise! I never knew this style was sooo beautiful... they were going to price-match Amazon, but they only had one left in the store, and it had been manhandled.
So I ordered the Shoulder style from Amazon (it ended up being $249.88 with the discount)- will decide when they come which one to keep! (am leaning towards the Hobo since I already have a few Medium Totes).
Ladies- give the Shoulder bag a look. It's fantastic!!! Quite similiar to the Balenciaga Day, but even better IMO.

Ooo ... now you have got me interested!^^^ yes, I had a Noix (looove that color) RH Day for a few weeks, but ultimately let it go because it lacked something. Not sure what... but the style just seemed kind of blah to me.

My coworker who went with me (who's never been into LP) was so in love with the style that when we came back to work, she ordered the bag in coral. Oh yes, that's what I forgot to write in my earlier post: Coral IRL is stunning.
This style is a winner- I hope LP keeps it around for future seasons!

Just a couple of quick pictures of my new babies and their family. I would say these are pretty true to color IRL for all the family members. Can you tell I like bright colors?

On the shoulder hobo, it's seemed to me to be kind of blah in pics (i like studs and front pockets) but it sounds like it's a hit in person, good to know and would love to see a reveal!
Looks like she is carrying the Black Perry Woven Hobo too!!! Love this bag!!! Good for LP! I'm glad they are getting some TV time!
