One of the stone has tiny orange / copper reflection but you really have to look it tensely to see that šŸ˜›. I will do modshots today. My SA told me she had to get Paris approval for this piece as I already had one in December (lapis) so really happy to be able to get it. She told me ahead of time so it was more an ordered piece for me than a random piece that went it the store and that she offered me. So happy to get this stone. It is so light in comparison as the lapis (the diamonds are really heavy on the lapis)
I got it 4 days ahead of my birthday and my SA really hit it with another gift she chose herself : didnā€™t open it yet but will post it too at my birthday šŸŽ

Wow it is really nice! This is my first wish in the list. If you donā€™t mind, could you share what was your pre-spend and history with the SA? Because I really really want them but somehow I am never able to get this while having chance for rock crystal and obsidian.

Iā€™ve been waiting to take a better photo to do this bracelet justice since itā€™s my first LE piece, but havenā€™t had the time to so I will post what I have! Iā€™ve been happily wearing it since the holidays, it was such a lovely surprise gift from my parents from their autumn Paris trip and they kept such a good secret. I had asked my mom if she could just ask if they had it in stock for me to purchase through her and she said she would ask but never got back to me. I assumed it was a no-go and thought nothing of it but was pleasantly surprised for Christmas!

Here is the Place VendĆ“me blue sevres bracelet, I was surprised at how dark it is in real lifeā€”almost like onyx in most lighting. And to be honest the fingerprints showing did bother me at first but the bracelet is so wearable given I wear a lot of dark colors so I canā€™t complain. Feeling very lucky and fortunate to be able to score a long term wishlist piece.

Thanks Nicole! I was very surprised indeed, I think I was at a loss for words for a good while since I couldnā€™t believe my luck. My first comment was, ā€œWait what how were you able to get this?ā€ šŸ˜‚ Usually my mom is not very good at keeping secrets so I was very surprised that she managed to keep this under wraps from me.

Thank you! They kept it very vague and didnā€™t give me a detailed play by play, but my mom mentioned the bracelet originally wasnā€™t for sale and was just a display model, has a long waiting list etc, but my dad had managed to convince the boutique manager. Iā€™m not sure what the usual rules are at the VendĆ“me so I donā€™t know if theyā€™re exaggerating to make a good story for me, but when I spoke with @nicole0612 about this bracelet last year she mentioned if they do have it in stock they would usually be happy to sell it to a customer. My mom does have prior purchase history in Paris from long ago but she had not purchased there for a long time.

If I understand correctly I believe some flagship LE pieces were slightly easier to get if they do have it in stock and you are at the boutique to purchase in person (Ginza, Monaco, Korea when they first opened) but other places like Dubai are difficult unless you have a longstanding profile or very good connections. This is just my own observation based on the posts Iā€™ve seen so far, I think Nicole will have better knowledge on this.
