Thanks it is a real contrast piece for bright colors (orange, pink …) and also a cameleon with the blue and silver reflection

I'm answering this now because I finally saw a Vintage size version on a Japanese preloved site. I personally have never heard of it until I saw the listing last night...might be a Japan exclusive?
The combo looks very chic and definitely more under the radar than it's Magic size sister from NYC.
There was a LE small magic on a fixed chain (like the other regional LEs for 5th Ave NYC store), which was a limited run and sold out. The combo could also be made by SO, so if you saw a piece in the Japanese market that had a NYC COA, it was the 5th Ave LE. If it had a different COA, then I assume it was a SO.
ETA:
I thought the image looked like vintage size, not the small magic size and I just found the listing online - it is vintage size! So in this case (vintage size), it was available by MTO.
Yes it is the Vintage size...that's why I knew it wasn't the NYC SE. I figured it was a Japan SE or a special order. Thanks for sleuthing around! Sadly, it doesn't come with any paperwork =/
