Got the Happy but it's going back to Lanvin...the bag is gorgeous, the color is exactly how I envisioned it to be IRL and love the leather. It's lightweight (lighter than M/L flap), and the chain/handle is slightly longer than the one on the M/L flap for reference. But the stitching is why this baby is going back--where the opposite chevron patterns are intersecting--it's off center and since it's right in the front of the bag, it's quite obvious, so it's going back. They had sent me some pictures of the remaining bags in store and I've picked a replacement and it's being shipped to me on consignment. So waiting it is!
On a side note, the leather scratches easy for those who're contemplating on getting it and have wondered about the leather. Here are a few pics from the one that's going back:

Thanks for the update, chriseve! I love my plain-leather version of the Happy but it does look fragile and easily scratched to me... 
Loving it, I want more Lanvin bags now. It's black leather, i have attached daylight pics.

chriseve - the bag is so beautiful, I hope that the next one works out better. I don't see where it doesn't match, but that would drive me crazy too. So is the leather really soft or does it have a little coating? My green Amalia tote has a little bit of stiffness to it compared to many of them, just a different treatment.
I really think that they "hit the ball out of the park" with this Happy design.

Has anyone ever removed/replaced the ribbon on their chain handles. Mine looks fine too, but I've wondered about changing colors or when it wears out.
