I just ordered my first pair of Jimmy Choos. They are for my wedding. I am amazed at how comfortable they are especially since I have wider feet. These are a size 6.5, which is my usual shoe size.

I just got an email about the ZAP sandals. They are black strappy heels with a neon yellow covered heel, and a pink wedge inserted in the toe area. When you step the toe lights up. The price is $2495.00.

Does this hold interest for anyone? I am really puzzled by these.

^^^ Funny thing about those shoes is that they have an LED light in them that only last 100 hrs and is not replacable! Oh wait, at that price I guess it's not very funny...:p

Do you have lots of pairs?

Shoes, boots, sandals, or all three?
I have sandels (Lance, black patent), espadrille (Phoenix, white) and ordinary high-heels (Quiet, nude leather).. Love them all!
What are your thoughts on the sizing...do you go up or down?
On espadrille half size down, on the Quiet half size up. But the Lance was 37,5.
How do they wear?
Perfectly.
Have you ever worn them out and had them re-soled?
No, they are brand new have not had time to wear them yet..
Do you have a favorite pair?
As of right now it is Lance and Espadrille.
What is your oldest pair?
Lance and Quiet bought them on 31. March 2010 (My 18th b-day).

NSK - I always have catspaw put on the bottom of my leather soled shoes. The cobbler matches the sole color. They last so much longer. Re-soling is such a hassle.

I think JC has done a great job of keeping a fair amount of their shoes reasonably priced.... when compared to CL and few other high end brands. In the past few years, so many brand have increassed their prices drasticly. I was never a big JC fan, but this season I am finding so many of their shoes appealing...I just purchased my 4th pair from Spring/Summer and the fact that only one of them cost over $600 is awesome. I am definitely a fan now.
