Yeah they are very high, but I got use to them after a while. IMO, they are SO hot and sexy, and thus worth the pain. Call me crazy, but I love these shoes so much that I also purchased the version with the lower heel, so I can wear them all the time!

IMO, Jimmy Choo makes the sexiest shoes! I'm starting my collection this year Just saw some of the pre-orders at Saks on-line (like these!) and must get them, amongst a few others....

OMG Fumi! I love the Feline Elaphe. I would love to find a pair on sale!! They are soooo beautiful. If I ever find a pair, I'm worried they might be too high for me (I really want the navy rather than the lower heel black). I have a lot of back issues and usually stick with lower heel CLs.

As far as the shoes you are looking for, have you tried calling the Bellevue, WA boutique to see if they ship to Canada? If they can find the shoes in the US, they might be able to transfer them in and ship. It is worth a try.
