I am unmotivated to do any physical activity, so I thought it would be nice if we could form a group and check up on each other daily. It'll be a support group and we could message each other on AIM too (I'm on AIM 24/7). We could pair up people with similar lifestyles.
Just an idea...anyone interested?

My current lifestyle: I'm in my early 20's, a student, not much physical activity (pretty much sedentary)
Weight goal: 10lbs+ before summer ends
I can lose weight easily if I actually just move around for a little bit each day. Lately, I've been extremely lazy and all I do is sit around when I'm at home. I'm a couch potato!
