I'm so glad Coach took care of you like they did! It really makes me glad to know that they stand behind their products! I have the black leather shoulder bag and have been keeping an eye on the lining since reading this thread. No signs of any wear whatsoever yet so I'm guessing it was a fluke and you happened to get the bad bag. Congrats on your new bag too!
