Don't know about Canada. I was missing the hang tag from my Fuchsia duffle and they sent me silver and pink patent hang tags.

I recently purchased the fuschia duffle at the Rack and later realized it was missing the tassels - does Coach sell replacement tassels?

(Saw the question on the hangtags, and thought it worth a try to ask. New here, but really enjoy everyone's posts!)

They sell the duffle kits (that come with tassels, strap and hangtag). The kits in some colors are currently at the outlets. Maybe you could find one at a good price?

I will see if I can find one of these duffle kits. Perhaps, based on the duffle kit price, it may make more sense for me to return the duffle bag and search for a complete one at the outlets. Thanks!

The kits will be around $50 or less at the outlet. If you can find the color you want at the outlet, I'd return and buy a new Bag. Honestly, you shouldn't be having to buy anything that should've came on the bag.

Okay... so. I have a question about color-fading issues with legacy duffles. Particularly, the chocolate boho duffle.

I received my boho the other day, and went about conditioning it with apple (my usual routine). I noticed that a light (LIGHT) application of apple, applied with very light strokes, resulted in a noticeable amount of chocolate dye coming off on the soft cloth I use for all apple applications.

The only other bags where I've seen this degree of noticable dye removal with conditioning were my teal sabrina and cherry sabrina... both of which I still own, with full knowledge that these bags are known to have color-fading issues at the corners (I accept it as a probable future reality and only wear these bags when my outfit demands it.... but love them so much I couldn't bear to part with them).

Out of sheer scientific curiosity, I gently rubbed an extra-soft kleenex over the leather on my boho today and came away with another light dose of dark brown color (so it's not even a matter of using a conditioner... though the care card says it's fine to use conditioner). You really can't see any noticeable fading on the bag itself after conditioning.... but I was a little anxious to see so much color removal with such minimal provokation.

To those of you chocolate boho duffle owners out there, have you noticed any unusual fading at the corners or on other parts of the bag once you wear it for a bit? I'm not sure that it would be a deal breaker for me, but I like to know what to expect.

Frankly, with the casual, vintage vibe of the boho duffle, a little fading may not be a bad thing.

All the same. TIA!

Hmmm... I have had mine for about a month and have had no color come off. I have conditioned it several times with the Coach conditioner. Does the color rub off on your clothes or furniture?

Not that I can tell, but my furniture is mostly dark (blacks, browns, blues) and so are my clothes!

I wonder if I got a fluke bag (especially if you didn't notice any color coming off with conditioner! It was really noticable on my white cloth last night).
