I got this bag about a month ago and for some reason the color is coming off of the back left handle, where it is attached to the bag. It doesn't feel like the leather has worn off, just the color, so I'm not sure what to do. Should I bring it into a Coach store for repair or is there something I can do at home?
I doubt the Coach store would do much to help. I would get some coloured leather cream to try to patch it. I use Saphir creme surfines, and they work well on my leather bags! Just make sure the colour is the same as your bag! It's brown, so it shouldn't be hard to find the right shade.
